a)Account Manager
We are currently looking for talented and committed account manager to develop customer
accounts from new and existing leads
Job Responsibility
- Manage new customer lead generation, grow existing customer pipeline, and close
customer sales to meet and exceed quota goals.
- Accurately forecast sales of software solutions.
- Develop and manage protected customer accounts, increase new business sales and
cross-sell to existing customers.
- Effectively build and manage a customer pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Have knowledge of and incorporate software industry sales processes, and professional
solution selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably with documented performance against
a sales quota, within the software industry.
- You must know the principles and concepts of computer architecture and usage.
- You understand and can sell the important role of data conversion and integration
to a business.
- You must know the role of major ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM, and other systems.
- You should have experience selling business to business products.
This sales position requires a strong sense of competitiveness, assertive personality,
and a willingness to work hard toward achieving goals in the short-term. We are
a fun company to work with and dislike micro-managing. Your time management and
organizational skills must be excellent, and you should have the ability to learn
and retain knowledge quickly.

b) Consultants
Software Labs needs experienced migration consultants to perform data migration
services using xFusion products. The positions require 4+ years experience in one
or more of the following:
- SQL, Relational Database (SQL, Oracle, DB2, Informix, Sybase), Excel/Access, ERP/CRM
applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Sage Software, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of Microsoft .Net (C#, VB) is a plus. Bachelors or Masters Degree is
a must.
All positions require travel to client's sites.
