Dr. Pradeep
Tapadiya – President & CTO
Pradeep Tapadiya has over twenty years
of diversified experience in software industry as founder, architect,
and visionary.
Prior to founding Software Labs, he worked at
various software companies architecting, developing,
and planning software applications. He was the Chief Software Architect
of HP OpenView ManageX, an application
that won Product of the Year award from Network
magazine. Dr. Tapadiya has authored two books:
.NET
Programming and COM+
Programming, and has been a technical reviewer
for many other books. Dr. Tapadiya holds a doctoral
degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M
University.
Karl Chen – VP Business Development
Karl Chen is an experienced entrepreneur executive with more
than 25 years of business development experience in the areas of
enterprise software, virtualization, systems and storage. Karl has
held senior management positions at LeftHand Networks,
BMC Software, HP, Dell, NuView, and Compaq. Karl has two successful
acquisitions under his belt. Before joining Software Labs, Karl
served as the VP of Business Development for five years at LeftHand
Networks where he helped grow the company and get acquired by HP.
At Software Labs, Karl is responsible for corporate strategy and business development.
Reed Campbell – VP Sales & Marketing
Reed leads the sales and marketing department for Software Labs. His efforts have
helped build customer and partner successes
across North America and Europe. Prior to joining
Software Labs, Reed was Sales Manager at Lariat
Software in Seattle; a leading developer
of streaming media management technologies.
His background also includes business development
for Access Business Technologies,
a mortgage software servicing (ASP) firm in
Sacramento, and Syntax Systems
which was purchased by LSI Logic in 1999. Reed
holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Pacific
Lutheran University, and studied International
Business and Economics at the Institut für
Europäische Studien, Albert-Ludwigs-Universität
Freiburg, Germany.
